Laura broke up with her boyfriend, Alex, the same day as the Covid-19 pandemic lock-down struck.. She tried to escape to Catalina Island, but the memories of her past with Alex torment her.

 

When she returns to her house, her emotions spiral out of control as she realizes her boyfriend cheated on her. Laura is haunted by anger and resentment, trying to understand every aspect of a life that nobody ever explained to her.

 

She speaks with her closest friends, her mother, and with herself. As she seeks revenge, she unexpectedly finds a special person, in a special moment, leading her to question and understand her sexual identity.
